Bob,
On behalf of my team and the other mentor teams of the Wolfpack, I want to thank you for taking your valuable time and the effort to mail us the box of of snacks, coffee, and cigars. I opened the box and put it out on the communal table and before dinner, it was pretty much empty and you were the talk of the teams.
We can’t thank you enough.
We have approximately 50 Soldiers and Airmen in the Wolfpack. Every couple of months, Soldiers redeploy and new Soldiers arrive to take their place, so our numbers are constantly fluctuating. As we approach the winter months, hand warmers are the biggest need item. The PX here on Camp Phoenix, when it does have them, does not get very many and whoever happens to be there when they are unpacked gets them. Food/snacks are appreciated, but also hand sanitizer and personal hygiene items. Basic school supplies are great, too. We are sponsoring the building of 6 schools that will be completed late next spring and there is a school just down the hill from where I work where my team visits and gives the donated supplies that our families send us.
Again, thanks for the box. It was unexpected and very appreciated. As an Army Reservist and businessman, I know the impact this activity has on your business and I am personally very grateful for your efforts.
Very best regards,
Bill
