Thanks much Bob. I just received a few boxes today and briefed all of our newcomers about the great things you do for us. I also wanted you to know I’m sharing your gifts with all troops who transit through here on their way to Afghanistan and with our Host Nation employees who work on base.
There are about 550 of them. So it all gets shared, per your wishes.
So many people want your address to send you thanks. I’ve asked them to let me be the POC so you don’t end up getting personal requests from several units here. Some people bring me letters with postage and I simply put your address on them and mail them out. Your email address is on a lot of things here though, so I’m sure some contact you directly. Either way, I wanted you to know that many more people are appreciative of your support than you’ll ever know.
We don’t know what the future will hold for us here. But today our mission is unchanged and Liberandos are focused on doing that mission with excellence.
