Bob,
Another grrreat box arrived! Including the big Humidor!
We’re
distributing as fast as we can.
With any luck Dave begins his flight home today, along with
the balance of his Sailors! Home for Thanksgiving! Nice thought. The
weather is definitely turning, snow is starting to fall in some of the
mountains. We had a great celebration of the Marine Birthday. 2 US
Marines, 5 French Marines and about 10 former Marines, (current National
Guardsmen, and Naval Officers). A rousing rendition of the Marine Corps
Hymn and cake cutting. Veterans Day was marked with two Soldiers
receiving the Bronze Star Medal with Combat “V”. It is the V that made
it a special occasion. Then we went back to work.
