troop letter: okay out here in Afghanistan

but appreciate the look and the effort:
Hi Bob, hope you and your team are doing well at your end – we’re okay out here in Afghanistan/a lot of things going on and the troops continue to hang in there. Wanted to put in a request to see if I could get some items sent out to my folks imbedded with the military – if this is not possible or feasible, that’s okay, just wanted to put out and see if we could get anything running – but appreciate the look and the effort:
TO . . . .
~DVD/movies – ie series like MASH, Magnum PI, Hawaii 5-0, [action, adventure]
~Board games – ie. Blokus, Parchesi, Clue
~Some green – like a strip of astro turf, and some miniature golf clubs and balls
~String of colored indoor lights/Christmas theme’d
~Portable/small popcorn maker/machine
~Game like horseshoes (but with bean bags tossed into boards with holes – forgot the name)
