Hi Bob,
How are you doing? Thanks for more cigars and donations of clothing & shoes, which we will donate to the units going out on a humanitarian aid activity for Iraqi people.
The cigars have been very popular to the soldiers. I’m going to donate some of the cigars you sent to us to USO for more soldiers to enjoy them. They are so priceless, pleasant surprises to the soldiers. They were saying like this, “Chaplain got us CIGARS? Wow !! That’s awesome. Thank you.” Bob, know that you are so special to us, not just for sending us care packages but for you being present for our soldiers. Thank you again.
By the way, there are lots of soldiers who play softball every Saturday. One of the soldiers asked me if I can contact somebody and get them a softball. I don’t know whether you are able to get this or not. I’m just asking you if you could do it for the soldiers. Below is the specific softball they are asking for, but they told me that any softballs that have 12” ball, .44 COR, 375lbs. are ok for them to play with.
