Hello all
I just wanted to let you know that I arrived at my new home, Camp Alamo about a week ago.
I think I’m finally settled in. It’s a small base. Since arriving, I’ve seen Brits, French, Portugese, Germans, Nepalese, New Zealanders, Romanians and Bulgarians.
Unfortunately, in order to leave the base it is very difficult. They do not have a PX or place to buy things like protein bars, propel singles, and personal hygiene items etc.
So, if you are still sending stuff out for the troops, I’ll be here for about another 3 months. If not, no worries. Thanks for all of your support.
Thanks for taking care of soldiers. Knowing that there are great Americans back home supporting us makes it much easier to do what we do here. Thanks again.
