I’m going to have to start weight control for some of the Marines and Soldiers
We received about seven boxes today from you all today. The refrigerator, and toaster over went into immediate use, and the snacks - well let’s just say our stows are full. I’m going to have to start weight control for some of the Marines and Soldiers who have been actively consuming the sweet treats.
We have given some of our stock to the British and Canadians who are also fighting with us - they send their appreciation.
I cannot share too much of this info but after October, my unit will be moving out. My plan is to identify a senior officer to correspond with you. The appliances you have so generously provided, will stay here on station in Afghanistan so they will have continued use.
Did you have any luck with the pelican cases?
We love you guys - and I mean that.
