troop letter: Thank you for the merry wishes,
December 23, 2011
Our soldiers on guard would certainly appreciate things like hand and feet warmers, and who doesn’t like new socks or boxers?
Bob,
We actually just got a very generous donation of giant coffee pots and coffee seems like a thing soldiers enjoy. To name some things off the top of my head, I’d say things like: mixed nuts, any type of Pringles/chips, cookies, or any type of munchies to pass the day.
Things like floss, toothpaste, and shampoo are also things I am sure soldiers will run out of. Our soldiers on guard would certainly appreciate things like hand and feet warmers, and who doesn’t like new socks or boxers? We’ve got a library here, so if you are looking to get rid of any used books, we’ll accept those too. I think that gives you enough to go on, but if you have any specific questions, please let me know. Thank you for the merry wishes, I wish the same to you and your family.
Take care,
Brandon
