Mr Williams,
I have recently arrived at the Transit Center at Manas and I have been utterly impressed with your efforts in making this place better for the servicemen and women that live here, but more importantly for those who pass through on their way into and out of theater. We have several important missions here and your efforts enable all of them. However, knowing that the comforts you bring could be the last kind gesture one of our fine young warriors receives, is a sobering thought and I offer my thanks to you and your group of volunteers that make it happen. I know you are a Veteran and have seen firsthand the impact you are having, but my hat is off to you for your previous and continued service to our great nation.
